I hope you like my sense of humor showing a full moon for this story and a bird mooning us humans. If the bird lived in NY, I wonder if it would be arrested?
Obviously, they don't in Philipstown, NY. And obviously, they must not have important crimes to prosecute there.
A 44 year old female former New Your City police officer is accused of mooning a teenage girl.
Now how many readers have ever mooned someone? Raise your hands. Probably half of America could be prosecuted for public mooning. This trial is one of the silliest wastes of Taxpayers monies that I have seen.
